Join our Free Meditation Intro Workshop!
This evening you are invited to visit our center, meet your future teacher and find out if the course is something for you. You will learn about our vision upon meditation and the meditation course, practical elements of the course, and get a feeling for yourself of the course and how a class is. There will also be time to answer any questions you may have.
The program will consist of both a theoretical introduction to the course and some meditative exercises, including yoga postures. Bring relaxed clothes that you are comfortable to move in.
In the theoretical introduction we will look at what meditation actually is, the goals of any genuine meditation practice, and take a look at one of the most neglected treasures of the human natural capacity – the attention and its mechanisms. We will also present the course structure, membership and our community. After the intro you will have the possibility to socialize with the teachers and other students, and sign up to the course on the spot with a special intro discount.
The meditation course offers a very profound, systematic and clear approach to discover the amazing potentials of your consciousness. Meditation is an ancient art of training our consciousness, and in this course you will gradually discover its profound mechanisms as seen from a modern scientific perspective. Meditation is not only good for relaxing, de-stressing and helping you to be more present. It is also the most efficient tool for self-development and being able to live the life you aspire for. This course is for you who wish to approach meditation in a systematic and gradual manner, going from simple exercises to more and more profound levels of meditation, and being willing to apply the methods learned in the course at home on a daily basis. Everyone is welcome, regardless of prior experience. Many come to us with some meditation experience from other places, and are surprised at the depth they discover in our course and getting to the core of how meditation actually works
