Morning Yoga - Rise like the Sun! (ENG)
We will start with an esoteric hatha yoga practice, including the famous technique Surya Namaskar – the Sun Salutation, which offers us a dynamic, enthusiastic state full of well-being and happiness. You will find that practicing this technique in the morning allows you to start the day smiling and ‘on the right foot’, and makes you free of the need for the morning coffee to wake you up :-) Thus being prepared in body and mind, we will be ready for a day full of inspirations and insights!

Herbs and Yoga for Strong Digestion (ENG)
Did you know that yoga and Ayurveda offer methods to improve our digestion? Esoteric yoga is a science that looks at both the functions of the body, our emotions and thoughts, and which has effective tools to optimize our bodily functions. By stimulating and giving tone to our internal organs, hormones, nervous system and the various energy centers (chakras), combined with a relaxation of our body and mind, yoga provides a key to increased health and quality of life. Our digestion is one of the essential functions of our organism and is therefore given extra attention in the esoteric yoga system. Along with the ancient Ayurvedic system (also called the Science of Life), yoga shows us many ways to improve our digestion. In this workshop you will experience on your own body some of the effects of selected yoga postures and natural herbs

Brain Yoga - Boost the superior capacities of your Consciousness (ENG)
“Plant a thought and you reap an action; plant an action and you reap a habit; plant a habit and you reap a personality; plant a personality and you reap a destiny. ”We all want to be happy - and in that quest, our mental control plays a surprising role. In a society full of mental and sensory stimuli that catch our attention, we often lose control of the mind. In this workshop, we will take the first step toward learning how to focus the mind and thus find an inner peace, emotional balance and freedom.

Yoga Nidra – Relaxation is a super power (ENG)
Today, stress-related disorders are high on the list of the most common diseases. It is well known that stress diminishes our quality of life, efficiency, our close relationships and our health. But it is also known that it is our way of responding to different circumstances, and not the situations themselves that cause us to become stressed. Yoga's response to the challenges of modern man is to learn to relax, consciously and intentionally. In this workshop, we will experience a classic yoga technique that gives us a deep state of relaxation and well-being, and helps us to deal much better with the situations that life gives us.

We will offer in the lunch break a delicious vegetarian meal for those who will sign up beforehand by email to natha@natha.dk (latest 15.January). The meal is Indian food (not spicy) with a price of 60 kr (food payment will be done on the day of the event at the lunch break but only ones who sign up beforehand will have a meal available) Menu: Lentil curry dahl with potatoes and peas, brown rice, naan bread with dips.
