The purpose and inner attitude in yoga. Yoga nidra (conscious yogic ‘sleep’)\nSubtle energetic anatomy. Subtle force centers (chakras)\, energy channels (nadis) and the aura (koshas)\nThe power of thought and the role of attention. Concentration exercises\, profound yogic meditation (Laya Yoga) and a meditation exercise to reveal the Supreme Self.\nUniversal laws\, such as the law of Resonance\, the law of Polarity and the law of Success. DESCRIPTION:Du bydes velkommen til en gratis intro workshop til den tantriske kvindegruppe\, som foregår i et varmt\, søsterligt fællesskab. Noget af det som kan få os til at blomstre og slappe af som kvinder er at komme i kontakt med vores følelser\, slappe af i os selv og komme tilstede i nuet. Det kan ske igennem kontakt og vækkelse af vores sanser. Introduktionen vil derfor inkluderer en workshop med øvelser til hver sans (smage\, lugte\, se\, høre og mærke)\, som vil give dig en helt bevidst oplevelse af hver. \nDerudover vil vi fortælle mere om kursets forløb og opbygning\, samt de emner vi kommer til at gå igennem. Der vil være rig mulighed for at stille spørgsmål og se om dette kursus er noget for dig.\nEfter introduktionen vil du have mulighed for at tilmelde dig kurset med en særlig introduktionsrabat. \nDen Tantriske kvindegruppe er mere end bare et kursus… \nDet er en praktisk gruppe hvor vi mødes og sammen vil lære\, udforske og vække vores femininitet\, med vejledning og støtte fra andre kvinder. I gruppen har vi fokus på at opbygge et søsterskab\, hvor vi har rig mulighed for at vokse og lære af hinandens oplevelser\, og udvikle os sammen mod det fælles mål\, at vække og udvikle vores femininitet og Shakti mere og mere.
