DESCRIPTION:Please note: this event is free and will be kept in Danish language\nGæsteforedrag på NATHA ved Martin Tisvilde om ‘Magtens Tredeling’: I grundlovens paragraf 3 opdeles magten i tre dele: Den lovgivende\, den udøvende og den dømmende. Er magten reelt opdelt i tre dele?  \nVi har set flere episoder i nyere tid\, hvor det ser ud til at magten slet ikke er delt\, som angivet. Det er meget vigtigt for\, at man kan påstå at vi har et demokratisk retssamfund\, at man har opdelt magten. \nMange bruger netop tredelingen som begrundelse\, for at vi har et helt fantastisk samfund\, som ikke overgås af andre i hele verden\, så hvis der slet ikke er en tredeling af magten\, vil hele begrundelsen for vores samfund jo falde sammen. \nForedraget gennemgår både de enkelte magter\, men også hvordan vi kan se hvem der bestemmer de enkelte steder\, der vil blive lagt vægt på domstolene fordi der er flere forskellige domstole\, og de har forskellige betingelser\, men også lidt om\, hvordan man i udlandet kan have indflydelse i Danmark. \nFor vi kan jo ikke komme udenom\, at nogle beslutninger træffes\, med den begrundelse\, at det har EU vedtaget\, så det bliver vi også nødt til at følge. Har andre end EU nogen indflydelse?  \nMartin Tisvilde er grundlovsforsker og har en enorm viden om grundloven og de royale. Han har skrevet 11 bøger og igang med den 12. Is the power really divided into three parts? \nWe have seen several episodes in recent times where it appears that the power is not shared at all as stated. It is very important for us to be able to claim that we have a democratic legal society that we have divided power. \nMany use precisely the division of power as a justification for the fact that we have an absolutely fantastic society which is second to none in the whole world\, so if there is no division of power at all\, the whole rationale for our society will collapse. \nThe lecture reviews both each of the powers\, but also how we can see who decides in the individual places\, emphasis will be placed on the courts because there are several different courts and they have different conditions\, but also a little about how it is possible to have influence in Denmark from abroad. \nBecause we cannot avoid the fact that some decisions are made on the grounds that the EU has adopted them\, so we also have to follow that. Do others than the EU have any influence? \nMartin Tidsvilde is a constitutional researcher and has enormous knowledge about the constitution and the royals. He has written 11 books and is working on the 12th. The books can be bought at the lecture.
