We will practice Hatha Yoga\, do a Yang Spiral Meditation and savour a delicious yang lunch together (available for 80kr). \n  \nProgram: \n10.00-10.30: Welcome (Introduction)\nFrom the morning we happily invite you to a welcome introduction to Natha Yoga Center. \n10.30-11.00: The Worship of the Sun in Tradition (Lecture)\nEsoteric notions on the Sun. The Sun seen in light of anthropomorphism\, a short introduction to Hindu deity Surya. Shiva is the awareness behind your thoughts.\nWe will get a glimpse into how Shiva who is the perfect Yogi can support us in life and in making real transformations which will bring us closer to our spiritual purpose. \n14.30-15.00: Yang Spiral Formation (Introduction)\nCome\, learn about and practice the fascinating meditation done in a group who together form a spiral. The spiral is charged with multiple symbolic meanings\, many of them referring to the dynamic interaction between yin and yang. \nThe yang spiral expresses the luminous\, solar\, dynamic and optimistic energy\, that moves along the connected arm’s of the participants leading to its center\, which represents the Source of Creation from which everything that exists originated and to which it will all return. Increasing in this way our ability to connect with the universal consciousness\, the silent witness. By centering in the heart and giving ourselves to a higher ideal or directly to God we become one with that we are devoted to. \nThe Bhakta channels all the feelings towards that which is truly beautiful and Godly and thus experiences an endless expansion of the consciousness through the heart. \nBhakti is the path that transcends all forms of spiritual dogmatism\, it melts away any form of fanaticism. Bhakti not only opens the heart but heals as well both the body and mind. It is the supreme love relationship between the soul and its creator\, God. \nIt is a Divine Romance of a trance-like frenetic joyous self-giving to God and the experience of God’s all-encompassing absolute devotion to the individual soul that guides it into realization of oneness with God. \nWe will begin the evening with an introduction to the different aspects and steps of Bhakti Yoga. Thereafter we will do a ceremonial cacao workshop that will guide us into the profound mysteries of the different states of devotion. \nNote: This will be a meditative ceremony
