And are the exercises of a sexual/intimate nature? \nNo. You can come alone as well as in a couple. In our tantra course\, intimate erotic exercises are exclusively homework. All interactive exercises done in the class (though profoundly touching for our soul) don’t involve any intimate touch and are done with clothes on\, and are wonderful to do together with your colleagues in the class.
