A Day of Silence – Intro to Meditation
Meditation is the foundation in all forms of spiritual development. ‍♀️
In this one-day workshop we will practice yoga, mental concentration and meditation in silence. You will be guided through all the exercises by a skilled yoga and meditation teacher.
Step-by-step you will be guided to control your mind and create a state of inner silence. You will learn how to focus longer, eliminate stress, and access higher states of performance.
Meditation can be used to develop your mental skills
Meditation quiets the mind and gives you access to the superior centers of consciousness (chakras)

Meditation together with visualization is the key to achieve all your dreams.
Meditation can improve your abilities, both within your job, study, sport, relationships, eroticism and self knowledge.
Program:
9.30 – 10.00: Welcome and introduction. Here questions can be asked. After this silence starts.
10.00 – 11.30: Yoga practice
11.30 – 12.00: Exercises for mental concentration
12.00 – 12.30: Meditation
12.30 – 14.00: Lunch break (after eating you can relax or go for a walk in silence)
14.00 – 15.30: Exercises for mental concentration
15.30 – 16.00: Break
16.00 – 17.00: Meditation
17.00 – 17.30: Conclusions, sharing. Here we can talk again
It is not allowed to talk or use your phone between 10.00 and 17.00
This workshop is for:
✨ who would like to learn how to focus for longer periods of time
✨ who would like to learn how to cope with the mechanisms of stress & agitation
✨ who would like to test themselves a bit before joining a longer silent retreat.

  • Location: Aarhus V (Exact address upon signup)
  • Price: 500 kr (250 kr for students of Natha), including vegan lunch, fruit and tea.
  • Language: The workshop will be introduced and guided in easy English.
  • Teacher: Ulrik Lyshøj has more than 20 years experience with yoga and meditation.
  • What to bring: Comfortable clothes for yoga, meditation pillow (if you have), water bottle.
