Come discover and explore NATHA at our Open House!

 

Open House is a free event for anyone who wants to meet us and get a taste of our courses, events, and community!

Our Open House event offers an introduction to the fundamental goals and principles that all our courses are built upon, such as the law of resonance and subtle anatomy. All our courses are built on authentic ancient yogic and tantric teachings, correlated also with modern scientific discoveries.

Open House includes a Hatha Yoga practice where you will have the opportunity to experience our unique approach to yoga – with the esoteric elements taught in the Yoga & Tantra courses.

We will enjoy a vegan lunch together, and have a relaxed time to talk, ask questions and share experiences. Each session will include time for Questions and Answers, sharing and discussion. You will have the opportunity to meet NATHA students that come to our classes, teachers & people with the same aspirations and search as you.

Bring an open heart and spirit, and relaxed clothes that you can move in!

10.45-12.15 Presentation + yoga practice: What is traditional yoga? – with Andrea & Jon

Yoga, most people believe, is body postures and breathing exercises. But there’s much more to this ancient practice and science that seeks to harmonize body, consciousness and spirit.

In this session we take you on a journey to the origin of yoga, giving you a taste of its transformative power that can serve as a compass to navigate through life and guide us to reach our greatest potential.

13.15-14.15 Lecture + exercises: Tantric Solutions for a Stress-Free Life – with Ameline & Timothy

In this session we will take a holistic approach to understanding & healing humanity’s biggest modern-day disease: stress!

We will explore
– What is stress & where does it come from?
– The mechanisms & different types of stress
– How to deal with stress when it appears, and even better – how to prevent stress before it appears!

The session includes learning & practicing some efficient techniques from Tantra Yoga which can be used to minimize & even eliminate stress in daily life

14.30-15.30 Workshop: Awakening of the Heart – with Kamilla, Steliana & Emanuel
Welcome to the mysteries of the heart – the gate to connect deeper with ourselves and with others. In this workshop we will guide you through simple exercises of connecting in an empathic and profound way, learning to see with the ‘eyes of our soul’ and discover the spontaneity, purity and simplicity that arises in an open heart.
