🧚♀️A Fairy & Nature Connection Workshop
A gentle day of movement, nature connection, creativity, and imagination. This workshop is designed as an invitation into a deeper relationship with nature — whether you feel drawn to the mystical world of fairies or simply wish to reconnect with the living intelligence of the forest. Through mindful movement, forest immersion, creative expression, and shared reflection, you will explore how nature communicates, heals, and inspires us.
This workshop invite us to explore the unseen dimensions of nature, imagination as a doorway to healing, ancient folklore and nature spirits across cultures. We will dive deeper into the emotional and energetic impact of forests intuition, symbolism, sensory awareness, creativity and playfulness as medicine. It will for sure be a magical, uplifting, and regenerating day full of wonder, innocence and playfulness – a dream for all of us who wish to connect more with nature and are curious of the secrets of the forest.

💫 09:30-11.00 – Morning Energy Practice
Energetic practice inspired by Tai Chi / Qi Gong in Nature: A gentle embodied practice to awaken the body and harmonize energy.
💫 11:00-13:00 Brunch and presentation of the next chapters:
1. The Living Intelligence of the Forest
2. The Etheric World
3. Fairies & Nature Spirits Across Cultures
💫 13:00-15.00: Forest Walk & Healing/ Regeneration Practice
☼ Listening to the Forest
☼ Tree Qi gong / Tree Healing Practice
☼ Gathering for Fairy Houses: We enter the forest for a mindful gathering walk.
💫 15:00-16.30: Afternoon tea and building fairy houses in nature
Brunch is included in the workshop ticket price. This meal will be vegetarian and with both vegan and gluten-free options included.
If you wish to only participate in the programme until brunch (9-12) or from brunch and onwards (11-15/16.30), or do not wish food this day at all, please write a request directly to: nathayogacenteraarhus@gmail.com
OBS: Ticket sale ends Friday the 19th of June at 17.00 in order for the team to upscale the brunch as needed.
This event is open for all ages. Children below 12 may participate for free, but please notify us in advance.
